About this role
 
콘텐츠 모더레이터는 사용자 프로필, 오디오, 비디오 및 텍스트 기반 콘텐츠를 분석하고 검토하며 사용자가 신고하거나 시스템에 의해 신고된 문제를 조사, 에스컬레이션하거나 해결하는 역할을 맡게 됩니다.
 
Role Details

Review, classify and/or remove content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels

Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines
Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team
Serve as an advocate for the user community
Participate in process improvement initiatives that improve quality and efficiency of work
Participate in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for optimal development
in the role
Engage in conversation around socially sensitive topics with the purpose of keeping our
communities safe
Basic Qualifications/Skills Needed
Degree in any tertiary education or higher education
Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills
Excellent comprehension, communication, in both English and  Korean language skills
Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best
interest of client policies
Strong attention to detail
Comfort synthesizing and analyzing information from multiple streams
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
Deep familiarity and passion for the internet, internet platforms, and internet culture
High affinity and cultural awareness of political and social situations regarding the relevant market
and region that will be supported
Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
Flexibility in meeting changing business needs in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness

근무 지역

 말레이시아 쿠알라 룸프 - KL Sentral 또는 Bangsar South 중 한곳 배정

근무시간

아래의 Shifts 옵션 중 선택 가능

Non Shift: 월요일 부터 일요일 사이 9시긴 근무이며 오전 9시~ 오후 6시 또는 오전 8시 ~오후 5시 
Shifts: 월요일 부터 일요일 사이 9시간 근무이며, 24시간 로테이션에 따라 하루 9시간 근무



급여 및 혜택


급여 8000링깃 ~10000링깃
Sign On 보너스 총 4개월 급여(기본급 기준) 지급 : 입사시 기본급에 2달치+ 2년 계약 완료시 기본급에 2달치 .
EPF 연금 지원
Annual Leave 12일 Medical Leave 14일


입사일

5월 초에서 말 사이에 입사
